Responsible for whole spectrum of customer order handling activities including order entries, order confirmation and liaising on urgent shipments for Key Account customers
Liaise with Sales and Product Marketing on forecast orders, projections of key customers ramp up plan for new filters release and depletion for EOL filters
Provide inventory management to ensure optimum stock level in consignments hubs/ buffer stock and holding inventory requirement
Liaise with Product Marketing on allocation split when demand exceeds capacity
Work with Product Marketing and Customer Service on logistic setup on new accounts or customer requests
Visit customer with Sales and Product Marketing to understand customer requirements
Coordinate key account customer returns, credit and debit issues

Liaise with Sales and Production on critical parts pull in / push out
Issue & follow-up on production loadings to ensure parts are put to stock timely
Ensure timely dispatch to on time delivery
Strong data analysis for incoming orders, bookings to project and steer product line planning
Good inventory management to ensure optimum stock level in consignment hubs and factory
Liaise with Sales and Product Marketing on forecast orders, projections
Optimize and generate weekly loading per product line capacity and quarterly stock risk assessment
Education requirements
Degree / Diploma in Logistics or Manufacturing Studies
Requirements
Experience in order and inventory management as planner / scheduler or key account servicing in electronics sector with minimum of 1 year relevant experience
Strong in data analysis and reporting for incoming orders, booking vs customers forecast
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Powerpoint presentation
