Failure analysis for daily production and customer return.

Feedback the issue to relative departments and coordinate the activities between them to decide the proper corrective action.

Generate the 8D report and summarize/put through all the corrective actions and improvement plan.

Track the product quality offensive and monitor the implementation of the corrective action.

3 years of experience in Engineering.

Experience in customer return handing is preferred.  

Familiar with MSOffice, good command of English.
