Acting as the technical interface to customers, collaborate with sales and marketing team to penetrate the target accounts.

Responsible for providing on-site technical support to customers, including requirements analysis, product promotion and training, system evaluation, design review, prototype debug, production problem analysis, acting promptly to any technical issues of customers.

Aggressive in capturing new designs; consolidate customers’ requirements for new product definition.

Working closely with the factory, business units, sales teams, distributors and customers; manage projects, focus on proprietary parts design activities and follow through entire design process; coordinate between factories QA Dept and customers to handle quality complains.

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Electronics or Telecom technology or related disciplines.

At least 3 years of technical experience of telecom industrial.

Experience in base station design and/or microwave application.

Good command of written and verbal English.

Willing to travel within China in short notice.
