Responsible for providing engineering support and technical know-how to Assembly Production
Develop, maintain and improve productivity and yield of the processes, and evaluate and implement new materials, so as to achieve lower scraps and manufacturing costs, and improve quality of products and product costs
Handle production equipment / buy-off, operating efficiency and perform engineering evaluation via DOE
Responsible for EHS, QM, and 5S projects assigned
Synergize engineering activities between different SAW manufacturing sites
Education requirements
Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
Requirements
Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferably in Semiconductor Assembly and in relevant processes an advantage
Be dynamic, resourceful and self-motivated, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
