• Responsible for maintenance of production equipment to achieve minimum downtime, as well as maximum efficiency and productivity
• General tasks include handling of equipment repair and trouble-shooting, set-up and buy-off of equipment, type conversion, fine-tuning and optimisation, modification and enhancement, equipment and tools calibration, and preventive maintenance
• Assist the Engineers in carrying out evaluations, running engineering samples, data collections and measurements
• Involved in continuous improvement projects

Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Electrical / Eletronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering

• Minimum 2 years related working experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing
• Experience in Semiconductor Backend Assembly (Injection Mold) / Failure Analysis / Wafer Fabrication (Exposure / PECVD / Photolithography / Evaporation process)
• Resourceful, dynamic and self-motivated individual who is able to work independently
