You will be responsible for the areas of recruitment and selection includes shortlist resumes, arrangement of interview and interview of potential candidates; job offers and new hires orientation.
You are also required to maintain and update HR Information System to ensure all personnel information are properly and accurately captured.
In addition, you are the Project Administrator for all HR projects.
Education requirements
Degree/ diploma in human resource management
Requirements
3 – 5 years relevant experience in a high volume fast-paced manufacturing environment
Prior experience in staffing and recruitment function preferred
Experience in HR Information System is an added advantage
