• Form task force to drive cross-functional projects to resolve specific issues affecting Operations, e.g., quality, scraps, output or costs etc.

• Plan tactical actions to approach issues and provide clear directions and formulate solutions to address them

• Monitor project schedule and control project execution

• Liaise with project team members to ensure compliance to project requirement and accomplish overall project targets according to schedule

• Review and update progress reporting

Degree in engineering or diploma with at least 4 years relevant experience

• Experience working in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing
• Knowledge of project management and problem solving skills is preferred
