Responsible for providing engineering support and technical know how to test production; develop, maintain and improve productivity and yield of the processes and evaluate and implement new materials so as to achieve lower scraps and manufacturing costs, and improve quality of product.
Handle production equipment/ buy-off; and synergize engineering activities of SAW manufacturing sites; liaise with product support and device engineering groups to improve the test yield of our products.
Education requirements
Degree in mechatronics/ mechanical/ electrical/ electronics engineering or diploma with at least 4 years relevant experience
Requirements
Experience working in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing in testing and packaging processes an advantage
Be dynamic, resourceful and self-motivated, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
For senior engineer position, comprehensive knowledge of high volume, high mix testing processes and experience in the testing of RF-products or equipment is a plus
