• Coordinate and support new product startup from engineering run to mass production; support transfer of new product and technologies to Singapore site; and liaise with the different cross functional groups to resolve issues related to new product startup. 

• Support investigation of customer returns and implementation of corrective and preventive measures.

Degree in materials/ mechanical/ mechatronics engineering

• 3 – 5 years relevant working experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor assembly manufacturing
• Possess knowledge of SPC tools, DOE, FMEA, GR&R, sampling plans, etc.
• Be dynamic, resourceful and self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good project management skills
• Can work well under pressure
