Responsible for the development and implementation of supplier management programs such as communicating with supplier on the key account functions; developing technical terms of delivery (TTD) and specifications; TTD negotiations with suppliers to assure material manufacturability; quality assurance agreement (QAA) negotiation, material compliance for supplied materials.
Work closely with internal departments on the selection and qualification of new suppliers; release of new materials/ components including start of engineering and pilot runs for the material qualification; development of suppliers with roadmaps and the control of these roadmaps; introduction and standardisation of internal procedure.
Responsible for the quality of incoming materials, perform audits/ participate at customers audits and claims to suppliers on the cause/ effect analysis, 8D-report controlling.

Master/ degree in engineering
Requirements
Minimum 6 years related working experience in supplier quality engineering, preferably in a high volume semiconductor environment
Good team player, resourceful and able to work independently
Strong analytical skill, self-motivated and with passion
