Responsible for all wafer fab facility-related work project; executing system expansion plans and equipment hook-up; layout planning; developing predictive and preventive maintenance of the systems.
Evaluate system operation/ design to reduce cost and improve system reliability and robustness.
Education requirements
Master/ degree in industrial/ mechanical/ electrical engineering
Requirements
Minimum 7 years direct facility management and support experience, of which 3 years should be in semiconductor cleanroom facility management and support, preferably in wafer fab.
Familiar with at least 3 of these systems: cleanroom control, DI water, process cooling water, CDA, vacuum gases-N2, H2, Helium, Argon, etc., waste treatment plant
Good team player, resourceful and able to work independently
Strong analytical skill, self-motivated and with passion
Systematic knowledge in project management
Good in facility schematic diagram analysis and autocad
