• Responsible for maintenance of production equipment to achieve minimum downtime, high efficiency and productivity
• General tasks include handling of equipment repair and trouble-shooting, set-up and buy-off of equipment, type conversion, fine-tuning and optimisation, modification and enhancement, equipment and tools calibration and preventive maintenance

Diploma/ Higher Nitec/ Nitec in electrical/ eletronics/ mechanical/ mechatronics engineering

• Minimum 2 years working experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing
• Experience in failure analysis/ wafer fabrication (thinfilm)/ sputtering/ evaporation process/ flip chip bonding/die attach
• Resourceful, dynamic and self-motivated individual who is able to work independently
