Responsible for the management of customer returns process and this involves failure part analysis, root cause identification (8D and 5-why) and joint responsibility with relevant departments in Operation to execute improvement programs. In addition, you will also be the product quality representative for quality meetings with the customers.
Education requirements
Degree/ master in materials engineering or physics
Requirements
Working experience in electronics manufacturing industry and in the areas of product failure analysis and customer returns will be advantageous
Knowledge in process engineering tools such as Six sigma, SPC, FMEA, DOE, etc
Possess strong analytical skills and articulateness; self motivated and a team player
Experience with failure analysis tools/equipment like SEM/EDX, C-SAM etc will be an added advantage
