Manage Wafer Fab Operation that fabricates "4" / "6" wafers using piezoelectric material substrates in the following areas - output, cycle-time, WIP, on-time delivery, process yield, equipment uptime and maintenance, product cost, etc.
Responsible for the long term competencies of the Operation - new technology transfer, process development, new direct materials and production supplies qualification and phase-in, etc.
Ensure basic requirements on design for manufacturability are met for new device release by managing via virtual platform; ensure long term good working conditions of gab equipment through proper management in equipment spares, vendors’ services, equipment PM and maintenance
Focus on people development at all levels; develop and maintain excellent working environment in operations; ensure long term technical competencies of operation; and take total ownership in EHS, QM, 5S and rationalization projects
Education requirements
PhD / Masters / Degree in Electrical / Materials / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or Physics / Chemistry / Science
Requirements
Min 8 years' Semiconductor Front-End (Wafer Fab) working experience
Min 3 years' direct working experience in one or more of the following areas - Photolithography, PVD, Process Integration, Yield Enhancement and/or Device Engineering
Min 3 years' engineering managerial experience in Wafer Fab environment, preferably in deputy director / director positions
