Siemens VDO has presented EPCOS Malaysia with its Best Vendor Award 2006 in the electronics category. The award recognizes product quality, support and service.

EPCOS supplies the Malaysian subsidiary of Siemens VDO with aluminum electrolytic capacitors, multilayer ceramic capacitors, inductors, thermistors, and varistors. EPCOS is the main supplier of these components to Siemens VDO of Penang which fits them in its instrument clusters and engine management systems.
