New Product Profile for PTC thermistors
The new Product Profile, “PTC Thermistors” presents the current product range of PTC thermistors. Highlights include the extended product range of SMD limit temperature sensors in case sizes 0402, 0603 and 0805, which are qualified to AEC Q-200 and are thus suitable for automotive applications, and two product families of inrush current limiters designed to limit charging currents in converter and inverter circuits. Moreover, the Product Profile features the miniaturized T15* family of dual SMD PTCs for telecoms applications.
